Oraimo Portable Nugget Ice Maker

It's less than a year old and quit after running a cleaning cycle. The water wouldn't pump from the reservoir to the freeze chamber. I took the filter out and bent a piece of tubing and inserted where the filter fits and blew it out good with an air compressor a few times. Then ran a cleaning cycle again with the drain line for the freezer chamber unhooked until the crud stopped flushing out. It started working again, but who knows for how long?
I only gave it a second star because it did start working again. These things are crap & not worth the hassle. And their customer service is non-existent. My next ice maker will be a tray in the freezer. Simple and efficient.

For the first seven month's all was well, cleaned it as manufacturer recommended. Then it started making a high pitched noise ever so often. Now the fill with water light is flashing and over filling. This not the worst of it, Customer service is TRASH can't speak to anyone by phones the phone # don't work, the only way of communication is via email which take 10 plus hours to respond.

The biggest piece of garbage made. It’s been replaced once already and both do the same thing…nothing but making a godawful racket and not make ice. We spend the day un-lugging it over and over, and over, and over. Am I making my point. I despise this icemaker and this company. It’s useless and instead of helping our household it’s nothing but a source of irritation and stress!

I’m so over these stupid ice makers. We’re on our second one which does not work unless unplugged multiple times a day to reset. It wakes us up making horrible screeching sounds and is a piece of crap. The first was replaced by this company only to do the same thing again, again, and again! I will leave these reviews everywhere I find them being sold. Buyer be ware!

I would rate this ice maker a zero. This was a gift from my wife. Only had it 4 months and makes howling noise and freezes up all the time. Now the cleaning cycle will not work. It will not drain. I have done everything I can think of to fix it. Still won't clean or make ice anymore. If you are thinking of buying this dont. Vey frustrated and terrible machine. Thank you.
